Managing Director
Gary is the owner and Managing Director of the company, with over 17 years of experience handling every type of property transaction. After graduating from the University of Limerick in 2006 with an Honours Degree in Business Studies, he established Gary O’Driscoll & Co. LTD in 2008, building it into one of the most respected names in the industry across Kerry and Cork.
Having grown up around auctioneering, Gary combines lifelong experience with expert market knowledge, offering trusted guidance to clients and colleagues alike. His leadership, professionalism, and commitment to excellence continue to drive the company’s success and reputation in the property sector.

Junior Sales Negotiator
Ayesha joined the team two years ago and has quickly established herself as a valued member. She has recently completed her Auctioneering and Property Services Apprenticeship and is due to graduate with a Distinction.
Ayesha is passionate about helping clients find the right property while building strong relationships along the way. As a Junior Sales Negotiator, she brings enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a fresh perspective to every interaction.

Nicole recently completed a Business degree at Griffith College Dublin, bringing fresh knowledge and enthusiasm to her role and making her an integral part of the team.
